Terminal Server on Win2003

We have a client, who suddenly since earlier this week,
(and of course, they did nothing), has their local
redirected printers, (set up via net use LPTx: ...)
getting disconnected.

The session is still connected, it is just the printer.
They have to delete the LPT and reconnect. This is
happening every 10-15 minutes.
