Hi Guys,
We have a number of networks running Windows 2003 server
and either XP Pro or 2000 workstations.
They all run an accounting system called "Attache
Business Partner" (an Australian program). The program is
a 16 bit application. We use a terminal server client
with running an application to run Attache and run
everything else locally from their workstations.
The problem we are having is the Terminal Services
sessions will not logoff and hang with a blue screen. Any
future attempts to connect to it bring up the blue screen
until we go into TS manager and log the session off.
This does happen with other 16 bit applications but does
not happen with programs like "notepad". It does not
happen if we go the the desktop and then run it. It also
worked perfectly under Windows 2000 Server.
We are currently running a dos script to run the
application and then logoff, but it is painful and they
should have to do it.
Any ideas would be greatfully appreciated.
