Terminal server sessions annoying to run programs

When I initiate a terminal server connection (App mode),
my regular (non administrative) users get a security
dialog box that warns about that given file type (exe) as
being a potential security risk etc . . . Problem is two
fold. First it's utterly annoying. Second is with
programs that need to run which run other exe files, the
program will eventually stop working because of a timing
issue trying to click OK to multiple security warnings
with each different program file that gets opened.

Can I turn that off?

Ted
