I have setup a Windows 2003 Terminal Server. I can log
in fine as Administrator but if I try and log in as a
user it tells me I am denied to log in to this session.
What do I need to do to fix this problem???

You need to add that user to the Remote Desktop Users group on the server.

The user needs to be a member of Remote Desktop Users group. In addition they need to
be allowed to access the terminal server in their account properties. If the server
is a domain controller, add the Remote Desktop Users group to the user right to logon
locally which would have to be done in Domain Controller Security Policy unless you
create a child OU of the domain controllers container to create a GPO for just that
purpose and add the domain controller that is a TS to that OU. It may also help to
look in Event Viewer of both the client computer and the server for any pertinent
errors including the security log if you have auditing of logon events enabled on the
TS server. The Remote Desktop Users group should already have permissions to RDP in
TS Configuration Manager but it is worth double checking --- Steve
