Temporary Terminal Service License

Is there a way to remove an expired temporary terminal
services license? Our license server is running on a 2003
server. We have someone trying to connect through remote
desktop and is getting a message stating that the remote
session was disconnected because there are no terminal
server client access licenses available for the computer.
There is an expired temp license issued to his machine and
we think that is the cause but can't figure out how to get
rid of it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
