Hi All,

Can anyone tell me for sure the Telnet Server registry settings for the
security logon scheme? I just want to query this value to ensure that
clear-text passwords are enabled.

I know on Windows 2000 Server that the key is:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\TelnetServer\1.0\NTLM = 0

and am "kind of" sure that on Windows 2003 Server the key is:
HLLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\TelnetServer\1.0\SecurityM echanism = 4
but do not have any documentation to back this up.

Thanks in advance,
Tony
