Don't, they're shit. That's why they hardly get a mention on here.

No complaints here.

Got Broadband (512) TV (analogue) and phone - excellent value, good
customer service on the 2 occasions when it's (BlueYonder) gone wrong.

Got so hacked off with BT that it has been a nice change.

Now for someone to say the complete opposite....

Like all ISPs they have their good and bad times. I've been with them for
nearly three years (first on the 512Kb service and then the 1Mb service)
and I've had no major problems.

There are a few minor glitches with their email servers at the moment but
you can run your own mail server and the news servers do seem to have
problems from time to time. I use my own mail server for email and a news
server to get my feeds from free news servers plus the blueyonder ones.

I can recommend BY. If you want some more opinions then visit the
Blueyonder forum at www.cm-forums.co.uk

Regards

Bill

That doesn't prove anything, there's a larger installed base of telephones
than cable connections. You do see lots of ADSL users bemoaning their fate
in these newsgroups.

.........oh, and don't you have an axe to grind on this subject? Didn't BY
terminate your connection for some sort of abuse?
