LMFAO

I think they've given up on the mess they've made with the 10mb, and
took up another hobby.

They try to make it sound as if they've invented online billing. I've
been with Pipex (for the benefit of Alex Brown etc., they are a proper
ISP, not some half-witted "entertainment" organisation) for over 2 years
now and, apart from the initial legal stuff, I've never had any paper
bills or any other correspondence from them, including junk mail.

As with all proper ISPs, They don't try to influence my political views
and, as long as they provide my internet connection, I don't care what
they do with the money I pay them.

"reduce the amount of paper we send out, helping to protect the
environment."
LOL

They've got a cheek... what about all the junk mail they send out all
the time?

"(for the benefit of Alex Brown etc., they are a proper ISP, not some

I don't think there's anything wrong with 10MB.
Unless it runs at about 4MB, then I'd think summat was wrong.

You make it sound as if it's some kind of privilege to be a BY customer.
