Over the past weeks users have been complainin of slow speeds.
There were rumours that Telewest/blueyonder were throttling, but were
denied repeatedly by support, and Alex Brown, when asked by the effected
users sufferin from dropped speeds.

They have now issued a statement, and admitted that they were, and still
are.

They state that they are "truly unlimited" "no restrictions" and compare
themselves to other ISP's, statin...
"Unlike our competitors our broadband is truly unlimited - which means
no usage caps, no restrictions"
