Well, it happened again.

Despite being on the Talk Anywhere 200 plan and showing "carryover"
minutes, a small amount of billable calls appears on my bill.

The phone rep last month sided with me stating that it was a billing
error and hadn't heard that anyone else was experiencing anything
similar. He refunded the extra billed calls.

This month, another customer service rep has stated that I'm running
out of minutes with a week and a half left in my billing cycle. She
said, ignore the "minutes", a lot of people are being misled by this.
Ahem... I would think so. Her advice to call up weekly to check on
remaining call time, albeit necessary, seems very crude.

There was some advice last month about reporting these billing errors
to Ofcom. I feel like I might do this. You cannot have a fundamental
billing flaw and allow it to continue.
