When using my wireless g bast station with my dsl
connection, when the phone rings, the notebook connection
is dropped until the phone call ends. Is this possibly
due to the fact we use 2.4 ghz phones? If not, any
suggestions?

Thanks

Yep -- both work on same frequency range. Changing the
channel slightly changes the frequency. Try changing it
in the phone and the router to extreme positions (in the
router, it's 1 and 11). Make sure to change the notebook
channel to the same channel as the router.

Another possible scenario is the lack of a DSL filter on
the phone line.
