Telecom Plus/Utility Warehouse feedback

A couple of friends are on the point of signing up for their broadband deal,
and I haven't been able to find any feedback on adslguide about them - does
anyone on this group have any feedback - good or bad - about this outfit?

ISTR that their support line is a premium rate (09xx) number, BICBW.
