What is the best value for the reg key?

HKLM\System\\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Para meters\\Interfaces\<Interface
GUID>\TcpAckFrequency

KB328890 gives the value as 1, but I have seen a Community Solutions Article
555041 giving the value of 13.

There is also a difference between the two articles of whether the key
should be created under the interface GUID or under parameters.
