TCP/IP offload Engine Win2003 & Exchange2003

Has anyone deployed TCP/IP offload engine with Win2003 & EX2003? Any
performance gains? I read that client/server apps don't really take advantage
of TOE... transfers are too small? Is this true?
Please share any experiences...
