TCP/IP netwok transport is not installed

I am running ME.
When i boot up my PC,
i get the following error -
"The TCP/IP netwok transport is not installed."

I can ping my local router (using an ip adr)and
I can ping my earthlink DNS server (using an ip adr)
and i can ping google.com w/o an IP adr - so DNS is
working.

BUT
I cannot get either browser to work
Internet Explorer nor Netscape.
"The page cannot be displayed"

i uesed the zip file
and rebooted PC.

it worked great!!!

Yeah, the next version won't have numbers at all... so be patient. Soon it's
going to get really easy to find the solution.
