Seems like a winsock2 issue. Remove all your TCP/IP
entries but say "No" when it prompts you to reboot. Open
up the registry and do a search for Winsock2. Delete all
entries (2 or 3) and then reboot. When reboot add TCP/IP
again, reboot and you should be ready to go
