Hello,

I have a problem with tcmon from the Windows Server 2003
Resource Kit:

I did:
- download/install the Resource Kit
- run tcmon.bat to install tcmon
- added QoS-service to my network adapter

When I now run tcmon and add a new flow, I get the
following error message:

"Failed to add the flow.
Unknown error"

It doesn't matter what parameters I use for the flow. It
shouldn't be a rights problem as i'm logged in as
Administrator. I also tried this on two different servers,
both Windows Server 2003, one acting as DC, the other
without any services and two network cards. Same problem
on both computers. I first ran the tcmon tool locally, and
afterwards I tried it remote (from each of these servers
to the other). On one of the computers I also
run "tccom /service" and started the tccom service
manually - without success.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Matthias Schwende
