Tapisrv problem

I recently reinstalled WinME and upgraded my Internet to Broadband. All
works fine except for the following: When I disconnect I get an error
message stating 'Tapisrv has caused an error in rpcrt4.dll...'. and to
reconnect I have to reboot. Any suggestions?
