TalkTalk Webmail error message

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have registered 2 new email accounts with TalkTalk which work fine using
Microsoft Outlook but I can't get into TalkTalk webmail - i get an error
message -

"The server responded: -ERR Incorrect login or password incorrect. Check you
have the correct username and password for the account. Server returned ( 0 NO
Login failed. )"

I know I have entered the right password, I have tried accessing on all 3
platform options & I have also asked friends send me a first email.

Can anybody help?

Yes, you bought 2 extremely poor products and you are getting what you paid
for. I'm sure they might fix it within a couple of months.

The trouble is with these low end services is that they won't be very
proactive with a 'system status' system.

Talktalk is fine.. for free.

It isn't free if it doesn't work and it ties you up and holds you down.
Unless you mean: The money you pay them and walk away from is free.

As a popular service it is bound to hit a wall of teething problems
whilst it sorts itself out. It happened to FreeServe and look at them
now. They are being run by Pisscali or someone similar are they nuts?

It doesn't pay to set a maximum service base, that you might possibly
cope with, obviously. Is it that they want numbers on books so they can
offer shares or sell the firm? It would seem so.

TalkTalk has been a crap useless service since day one, why do people
think it's ever going to improve now they have less money to run it
with.
