TalkTalk Router?

I intend to upgrade my TalkTalk PAYG account to their cheapest "free"
broadband package ("UK Weekend"). Wondering whether I can get by for
wireless with their £30 modem/router and a "G" PC card for the laptop
or if I need to fork out for, say, a Belkin G+MIMO router and card.
Can anyone help? I live in a very small semi and I'm only interested
in the Web, not games.
