TalkTalk help for router setup needed

Anyone out there with experience of setting up a TalkTalk router

I get to the Save settings section for router and it times out

If I ping the IP address it connects

If the router should be turned off the process has to be repeated

Help please

- a lot of people have been having difficulties.

Might also be worth trying -
http://www.weblinksonline.co.uk/yabb...board=talktalk
but *that* one doesn't seem to be very active.

(You don't need to use the supplied router). I still used my
Belkin router - just changed theuer name + password settings
on the homepage, and it connected. I ignored also the
accompanying software when it arrived.
