They did when I was with them 23rd December 2004 until I left beginning of
March 2005, but it was very ropey so at the time I used individual.net

And according to The Register:

"Even though Carphone's targeting 1,000 exchanges serving around 70 per
cent of the UK population, it means a sizeable minority of people in the
UK will not be able to subscribe to this offer at this price. Punters
outside Carphone's LLU footprint will have to stump up an extra £9.99
for the package.

Anyone signing up to the service is also tied in to an 18 month
contract..."

Anyone know if talktalk displaces BT fully if you subscribe? Is the
£21 monthly is an all in amount for voice & data with no BT charge on
top?

The cpw site seems to be snowed under atm.....

TalkTalk take over the line rental from BT, you pay BT nothing.

Yes its quite clear that it includes the line rental, so no extra charge
from BT

Sounds great!! I can get it in my area.
Farewell NTL and your miserly 3 gig cap and
pathetic 1 meg speed.
I will actually save money overall too.
I don't care if it is not great as neither is NTL.

I have had loss of service several times from NTL so they are
unreliable anyway.
Don't loook a gift horse in the mouth, even if it a tenth of the
service they off it will still be as good as NTL at its best.
Think about it.
It's free too!!

If you want to pay someone for sitting on their fat arses and
watching the money then stay with your current provider.
I am sure they will have lots of other offerings for you!!
