TalkTalk BB CS is down ?

for 3 days now I have been trying to get through to them to see why my
connection is shite. every time I phone I wait 20 mins then I get
connected to a dead line, I can hear the CS talking in the background
but no one is on the end on the line. can't even get through on the
09067 pay for number.

The CS at the phone line side say they can't even get through to them
and only have the 0870 number, no other number to even phone and tell
them the lines are playing up.

Total shite.

I think it is standard CS practice to use automatic call distribution with
forced auto-answer, so the agent cannot choose when to answer the call.

Doesn't work too well if the agent 'forgets' to put on her headset.
