Do you not read the groups? Just to summarise, it's great for email and
browsing only. They use network shaping to restirct your speed if you
exceed a certain level they can't specify, most ports are blocked so
peer2peer software doesn't work, some gaming doesn't work and you will not
get news server access.
SO if all you want is to use email and browsing you're in luck. Anything
else, forget it. If only they would advertise clearly and not be
misleading.

Yes but the question is whether anyone is using it, and whether it is any
good. You are obviously not using it.

Customer service is absolutely awful. They want you to phone their premium
rate number to speak to dimwits who know less than my gran if there is a
problem

I am getting fairly regular disconnects and can't use online gaming
services.

They are both a joke and a fraud.
