TalkTalk 40gb limiit?

Do they boot you off if you exceed the limit -- or do they limit your
connection?

According to the TT website you will have to pay a £5 surcharge (as I
read it).

Is that per GB or just a one off charge for going over? If it's just a
one off monthly charge for going over 40GB I don't think that's too bad
considering how cheap the whole lot is.
