TALK TALK - Poor Torrent Speeds?

Can anyone comment on the average speed of torrent downloads on Talk Talk?
I have th 8mg essentials packag, but well seeded torrents are very slow.
Infact get this... The maximum speed I have seen on a torrent download
session is 15k per second. A web based speedtest shows 3257.3 kbps. I
would expect better torrent speeds than this, so do they throttle this
much??????????

Have you created a port forward rule in your router?
