TALK TALK BAN GOOGLE

When I try to access Google Talk Talk redirect me to
http://results.ispconnect.co.uk/main...articipantID=i

Is there a reasonably priced alternative to talk talk? It's worse than
China!

Same on several computers, ispconnect.co.uk is owned by talk talk.

Try changing DNS to Google or openDNS: 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 or 208.67.222.222
or 208.67.220.220

That worked, it looks like the talk talk DNS is hijacking anything
directed at google to it's own advert search page.

Well I'm using TT's DNS (whois on the IP says it's Opal telecom who
are owned by TT), and Google works fine.

What url are you using to accsess Google?
..com is usually redirected to the apropriate national site depending on your IP
address so you would expect to get .co.uk, but I had an instence a few years
ago when I got google.se because Tiscali was assigning me a Swedish IP for
some unknown reason

http://google.co.uk/ncr will always take you to google.co.uk regardless of
where they think you are [although it might be different if you're in
China...]

Very unlikely. You either mistyped the URL or you have malware on your
computer.
