If its a BT line, changing the number is unlikely to have any effect as the
marker would be against the line and pair, not just the number.
The cease of the ADSL/LLU should trigger when the Stop goes through, and be
completed shortly afterwards, allowing an order for new ADSL/LLU to be
placed.
