Take note when implementing quotas for first timers.

When you've completed setting up the whole bang-shoot of /etc/fstab,
and configured the quotas for users, take note that before you see it
'activated' for example in reports or when just running 'quota
username' as a quota-enabled user, you need to write to the partition
first. (as the user)

Otherwise it will just say "Disk quotas for... ..... none"

Hope this will help some first-timers.

(P.S this was on my RH 9 system)
