Hi,
Our client came to our office with his win2k pro laptop, while logon on to the laptop's domain account(using his cache domain account credential), they try to access our domain shared folders with \\ipaddress\shared, however receive error "there is currently no logon server available to service your logon request" (instead of seeing the user id and password prompt). This does not happen if he logon to his win2k pro using local account. It is not possible to join client's win2k machine to our domain. Is there a way to work around this, allowing him our network access while loggon on his win2k domain account. Thanks Frank Frank |
