home dir not mapping

well i made a mistake by creating the user and loging
them in before i map their home dir to our sever. how can
i work around this? when i go back to put their home dir
i get no error message but when they login again it
doesn't map.(my docs) HELP!!!! maybe like a login scipt
and why does windows 2000 server do that

So you've specified the drive letter and path in ADUC and don't see it
showing up in Windows Explorer on the client? You'd have to manually
redirect My Documents to point to that drive/folder and can move the
contents therin at the same time if using Win2k/XP on the workstation...

You can also use a login script if you wish and also map other drive
letters...
