Default 2 NICs

When I configure a server with 2 NICs for a domain
controller how to I define the 2 NICs. Do I give two
static IPs to each or do I disable one of them or do I do
load balancing. What is the correct way of solving this
problem.

What is your goal of installing a second NIC? A multihomed DC is not
recommended because it can cause browsing problems.

Well the thing is, the server already comes with 2 NICs. I
don't intend to have a mutlihomed DC. What do I do then or
what is the most correct thing to do?

If you only need one of them, disable the other.
