Recommendation?

Currently we have a branch office with only 8 people connected via T1 to the main office. We'd like to put in a simple Win2K3 Server at the branch location so they can work more "locally" instead of working across the T1. What is the best way to sync these files so that we can continue to backup the files at the main office?
