Old Local user -> Domain user?

I have a Windows XP machine which was previously not part of a domain.

It is being moved into a domain run with a Windows 2003 controller.
Is there any way I can move a local account from this machine into the
domain?

I looked at the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard on Windows XP, but since
it Server 2003 doesn't have it, I don't think that will help.

Any ideas?
