Recently I was running Windows Server 2000; and I had a
public IP assigned to one of the NIC's on my server; it worked fine, but when upgraded to Server 2003 I recieved this message: Windows cannot connect to a network at this time. Please update your network address. What do I need to do from here can anyone explain to me how to fix this error? Kristopher |

Have you verified the NIC is being assigned the correct
address? You may also want to open the device manager and be sure the NIC is installed properly. Open the computer management icon in the administrative tools directory to get to the device manager..
