12-24 port *silent* 10/100 ethernet switch to replace cisco Catalyst 2400XL?

I have a Cisco Catalyst 2900 XL 24 port 10/100 switch that I'd like to
replace with something that runs silent (fanless).

Can anyone reccomend a switch that would perform equally or better than
than what I already have that would also run silently? I can go as low
as 12 ports, and don't really care weather or not it is gigabit
capable.
