I am implementing a TRENDnet NAS device, TS-U200 and I find that it is
hard coded for an IP of 192.168.1.2. This is not the scope of IP I am providing with my router, 192.168.16.1 - 192.168.16.6 for various reasons. My question is, is there any means I can use to get into the TRENDnet device to reconfigure the IP address it is looking for from DHCP? gkamieneski@hotmail.com |

Yes, temporarily change the IP address of your PC to 192.168.1.x where
x is any number up to 254 except 2. Open up the browser and go to http://192.168.1.2. Change IP Address on NAS to what you want. You will need to change the IP address of your PC back to what it should be. I had to do this for mine.
