It is hard work their web site not too sure about their download limits a
bit on the tight side for me a heavy home user.

Talk Talk seem to describe their phone/broadband package well. I got this
on Plusnet

What would peak hours be, like phone charges 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri? If
something like that Plusnet will catch my attention over TT.

Will Plusnet take the 3 weeks like TT to set up?
(think all ISPs who aiming at Joe Public take at least 2 and 3 weeks which
is really not on in this day and age, could it be BT thats the cause?)

Yes that looks to be the norm at 1mb.
My present ISP gives me that all the time with no limits on download, so to
move to Plusnet I will only benefit in higher speed up to 4pm.
