Scaleable Networking Pack

I am trying to use Tcp Offload with my Gigabit ethernet controller and
10Gigabit Ethernet controller. Have anybody used the TCP offload engine? Is
it reliable? If nobody has tried using it, I will stick to the regular NIC
mode.

can i ask you why you have bought a 10Giga network card ?
If i would really need this speed, i would do all my best to fully use it,
and not just ask on a newsgroup
