firewall / ip / packet logging ?

Hi,

I have a bunch of dedicated servers rented with an ISP (windows 2003). I
have a shared firewall running in front of each configured correctly but as
these servers are on an ISP backbone i guess im exposed to other servers on
the network. This shared firewall doesnt give me any logging ability : (

What i should have done, but havent done yet is to deploy the local windows
ip security policy ... but even then its logging ability is not visable
enough for me.

Over and above this what applications can i use to monitor connects to the
server ? (dont have the option to install hardware).

Was thinking about ZoneAlarm or app like this.

Am using Windows Network monitor to see packets but i need something with
more in the way of alerts and reports.

Any suggestions ?
