BT ADSL Upgrades?

I came across this announcement in an ISP forum yesterday, but cannot find a
BT link for details on exchanges and timings etc.

Can anyone post a good link to BT to authenticate the information?

Message: BT have announced a rolling program of upgrades which will affect
most exchanges across the UK. Due to start on 1st Feb through to 20th March,
BT say the engineering work required will be undertaken between midnight and
6am and during this period broadband customers are likely to experience up
to 20 minutes of downtime.
