Hi, I have a Compaq laptop (R3240US) with an Integrated wireless
card(802.11G). I have hear that Netgear has had some issues with Integrated card (most often Dell). I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with Compaq (good or bad) with compatibility and the WGR614. Or even, if there is some insight on the WGR614. I have had NetGear RP614 and have been very pleased. Any input is appreciated. Thanks, Guy SoCalGuy |

The reason for this was that even though the performance of the Netgear was acceptable, it used to lock up from time to time. Yousuf Khan |

Well...I bought it, hooked it up and all it fine. It was very simple and I
spent all day (yesterday) on my wireless connection. No issues so far. I have the encryption disabled, but will work on getting setup in the next couple days. So far I have been very pleased with the performance/easy setup and no lost connections. Thanks for the reply.... -- Thanks, Guy "Yousuf Khan" <(E-Mail Removed)> wrote in message news:ffFNc.67$(E-Mail Removed) rs.com... > SoCalGuy wrote: > > Hi, I have a Compaq laptop (R3240US) with an Integrated wireless > > card(802.11G).
