Default DHCP and PXE issue: ProxyDHCP service did not reply to request on port 4011

I was trying to configure my environment to get my WinXPe to boot from the
network, but when I finished to configure the DHCP server if I try to boot a
client computer the message: "ProxyDHCP service did not reply to request on
port 4011" appears on the client while its waiting to receive an IP. The
strange thing is that if I look into de "Leases" option on the DHCP server,
appears a valid lease to that client.

Looking for that problem I find that it is needed to remove the 60 scope
option from the DHCP. But that option is needed to get WinXPe to boot from
the network.

Any ideas?

Thanks
