Default Remote Access Errors

Hello,
We have a Windows 2003 Server at our office. We have 2 client machines
located at remote locations. I have Routing and Remote Access enabled on
the server and can connect the clients using the built-in Windows VPN Client.
However, once connected we cannot access any of the server shares. The
message comes back
"An extended error has occurred". Is there something else that needs to be
configured to allow this connection? I have setup many vpn's in the past and
have never had trouble.
Thanks for any help.
Tom
