What is the poin of presence in the the network . by using this two
autonomous networks can be converged from one another ?...can any one
explain in simple terms..

It's a term used to describe the point at which an ISP connects its
network to the Internet backbone - basically a gateway router that
functions in much that same way as your home modem/router connecting
your LAN to your ISP.
