Default wireless netcard die during download

I used Dlink 120+ wireless netcard in window xp sp2. The driver
installed is from the original Dlink installation CD. It works fine for
internet roaming. But when I try to download something, it always lose
the connection in 10 or 20 minutes. In that case, the status of wireless
network shows correct (connected), but I can't access internet any more.
And the usb hub seems die as well, because I even can not disable or
remove current wireless adapt through mmc.exe. Any operation try to
change the status of connection will cause system hang up. And usb can
not find new plug in device at that moment. In additon, the computer can
not shut down normally. After restart forcely, everything seems fine
again. Why?

Thanks for any information.
