Damaged network hub...........

Having stupidly plugged an AC-AC power supply into my network10/100
hub instead of the AC-DC it has stopped working, surprise, surprise!

Does anyone have any idea of what damage might have been done, whether
it is worth trying to repair it or just have to replace it? There are
no internal fuses or any obvious internal damage.

Any help or comment would be appreciated,
