More likely their exchange equipment will never work.

Do you know (roughly) how far you are from the exchange?

for every good there is a bad,
for every plus, a negative.
My changeover from prodigy to sky was pretty good, after I managed to
contact prodigynet.
Got my MAC , phoned Sky, recieved router, went on line all in 2 weeks.
Took me 5 months to get in touch with Prodigynet
Better service, faster and £5.00 cheaper, and Sky+ for nowt.

So true.......

I'm sure it is only a very, very, very small minority of new Sky customers
who have problems, I - and many friends and colleagues have had no problems
whatsoever.

People only tend to post their "bad news"
