Linksys befsx41 wont connect (Ubuntu)

Can't connect to the internet w/wired router tried both DHCP and
Static........I have a green link light on the NIC with a solid Orange
Activity light........Router has no activity lights on the port.

Networking Icon says I am wired and connected to the network.


I am a Ubuntu Virgin so be easy on me.

Never mind I figured it out ........Realtek 8029 NIC's just dont work
with Ubuntu......I put an Intel Pro 10/100 NIC in and it works
flawlessly.
