Lokking for a TV over Broadband viewer.

Hi,

Can anyone recomend a TV viewer for use over Broadband that has the
following feature?

1 - Must be able to record to disk in MPG or AVI format

2 - Must be able to receive Sky Sports for the odd motorsport programme that
I want to watch (there's not enough for me to warrant paying for a proper
subscription)

3 - Should be low cost or Free
